Marie (Yvette) Denise Olivette Gelsing Nee Lafreniere Born April 22,1938 in St. Eustache, Manitoba. Yvette passed away peacefully on January 24, 2026, at 87 years of age at Oakview Place, Winnipeg, MB.
Funeral Service will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. at Chapel Lawn Funeral Home, 4000 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg.

My sincere condolences to the friends and family of Yvette. Yvette and Harry were friends of my parents, Yvette called me her "little dutch girl". Yvette had a wonderful laugh, she was a kind woman and loved her home in headingley and the animals she had over the years. I will cherish the wonderful memories I have of Yvette and Harry.
